Nobody can do the reading, the writing, or the hard decisions on your behalf. All any of us can do is put in our own reps and hope it rubs off.

With any luck, it will help inspire you to do the same. It’s nothing special, it’s just doing the work. Even when it’s not comfortable or easy.
